RIHANNA'S LAWYER DENIES 'UNCOOPERATIVE' REPORTS

RIHANNA's lawyer has slammed reports the singer is refusing to cooperate in CHRIS BROWN's ongoing assault case.
Brown is facing charges of assault likely to cause great bodily injury and making criminal threats following an incident on 8 February (09), which reportedly left Rihanna battered and bruised.
The Umbrella hitmaker has been dogged by rumours that she is refusing to cooperate with prosecutors involved in the case - reportedly linked to her on/off romance with the star.
But lawyer Donald Etra, who is representing Rihanna, claims the stories are "totally incorrect".
And Sandi Gibbons, a representative for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, confirms to E! Online, "We have been in contact with her attorney and he has always said she is a cooperating victim."
Brown is scheduled to be arraigned on 6 April (09).
