UCLA design and media art scholar Christian Moeller, whose home is next door to the singer's rented Los Angeles residence, has filed suit against her, claiming her pals regularly dump their cars on his lawn.
Moeller is suing Rihanna for allowing people and cars to trespass on his property, according to TMZ.com.
