Actress DAME DIANA RIGG's trademark catsuit from THE AVENGERS turned her into an overnight sex symbol - but the figure-hugging leather outfit was "a nightmare" to get in and out of. The television star - who played glamorous secret agent Emma Peel in the 1960s series - took almost an hour to disrobe after shooting scenes. She recalls, "The leather catsuit I wore in The Avengers was a total nightmare; it took a good 45 minutes to get unzipped to go to the loo. It was like struggling in and out of a wet-suit."
