The GOOD CHARLOTTE rocker has reportedly been dating Richie since his split from pop star/actress HILARY DUFF. The new couple watched Las Vegas' annual fireworks display from the club's balcony, while holding hands. Madden's brother BENJI also enjoyed a romantic start to the New Year - he proposed to actress SOPHIE MONK on Christmas Eve (24DEC06).
