RICHIE BACK HOME AFTER CAR CRASH

New mum NICOLE RICHIE is back at home in Los Angeles after a car crash with a paparazzo put her in hospital on Monday (05Oct09).
The socialite was rear-ended by a snapper tailing her through Hollywood and spent several hours at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after the prang.
The photographer, Eduardo Arrivebene, was arrested and charged with driving without a license. He has since been released on $1,225 (£817) bail.
According to reports, Richie complained of pain following the accident, but declined an ambulance ride to hospital.
The Simple Life star is seeking legal action against the snapper.
