RICHARDS, LIL' KIM & STEVE-O CONFIRMED FOR DANCING WITH THE STARS

Former BOND girl DENISE RICHARDS and rapper LIL' KIM will be among the stars competing to win U.S. TV show DANCING WITH THE STARS.Troubled former Jackass star Steve-O and singer Belinda Carlisle will also try and waltz their way into America's hearts when the show's eighth season kicks-off on 09 March (09).
For the first time on the show, a celebrity couple - singer Jewel and her husband, rodeo star Ty Murray - will compete against each other.
Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson, former NFL star Lawrence Taylor, actors David Alan Grier and Gilles Marini, Access Hollywood co-host Nancy O’Dell and Apple computer co-founder Steve Wozniak complete this year's (09) contestants.
The celebrity competitors were announced during ABC's prime-time commercial breaks on Sunday (08Feb09).
The announcement has put rumours to rest that Stevie Wonder would take part in the series, after the music legend stated it was weight rather than his lack of sight that was keeping him away from the dancefloor.
The remaining professional dancer/celebrity pairings will be announced on Thursday (12Feb09).
