REUBENS BRINGS BACK PEE-WEE

PEE-WEE HERMAN is back - actor PAUL REUBENS is reviving his zany film character for a new theatre project.
The Pee-Wee Herman Show will run at the Music Box theatre in Los Angeles from 19 to 29 November (09), and Reubens admits he's a little nervous about reviving his most famous character.
He tells the Los Angeles Times newspaper, "I've put part of him away for a long time, but part of him has always been here with me.
"I have some fear that he won't be funny after all this time. I don't want to ruin it."
Reubens retired bicycle-loving man-child Herman in 1990 after 13 episodes of Pee-Wee's Playhouse.
