RESERVOIR DOGS GAME UNDER FIRE

A controversial computer game based on gory 1992 movie RESERVOIR DOGS has been met with fierce criticism from police officials in the UK, who fear it encourages violence against authorities. The graphically gruesome game, also titled Reservoir Dogs, has already been banned in Australia and New Zealand. But the British Board of Film Classification has green-lit the QUENTIN TARANTINO-inspired product, which will be available to over-18-year-olds in the UK next month (AUG06). A police spokesman says, "Anything that encourages violent emotions towards police is particularly disturbing and can only be described as offensive."
