RENFRO PLANNED TO MARRY MOTHER OF HIS SECRET SON

Actor BRAD RENFRO was planning to ask the mother of his four-year-old son to marry him before he died earlier this month (Jan08). The Client star, who had a history of drug-related problems, was found dead in his Los Angeles apartment on 15 January (08). The 25-year-old had a secret son, Yamato, who lives in Japan with his mother - and Renfro wanted them both to move to the U.S. to be closer to him. Renfro's cousin Jesse Hasek tells American publication Us Weekly, "He asked me, 'Do you think I should marry her? I like the feeling of family.' "It crushed Brad that his kid lived on the other side of the world. He was saying, 'I should bring them over permanently and be a part of their lives.'"
