REMY MA TARGETED IN NEW LAWSUIT BY SHOOTING VICTIM

Troubled rapper REMY MA has reportedly been hit with a new lawsuit by the woman she has been jailed for shooting.
The 27-year-old hip-hop star - real name Reminisce Smith - was sentenced to eight years behind bars in May (08), after she was found guilty of shooting Makeda Barnes-Joseph outside a New York club last summer (07).
According to website TMZ.com, Barnes-Joseph is seeking damages from the rapper and her music label, claiming that Universal Music received "financial profit and economic benefit from the unlawful, violent and anti-social conduct" of the star.
The victim also targets the pizza parlour where she and Smith were drinking prior to the shooting, saying they continued to serve Remy despite her being "visibly" intoxicated.
A spokesperson for the rapper has yet to comment on the case.
