R+B lothario RAY J is romancing rapper LIL' KIM after splitting from WHITNEY HOUSTON, according to U.S. reports. The singer/actor, who is Brandy's younger brother, treated Kim to a $20,000 (GBP10,000) shopping spree at Louis Vuitton on Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills earlier this month (Jul07) and now friends are insisting Ray J is romancing the former jailbird. A source tells the new issue of In Touch Weekly magazine, "They've been spending a lot of time together." The publication reports Ray J also organised a surprise birthday party for Lil' Kim at Los Angeles hotspot Les Deux. The source says, "He treats all the women who are in his life well." Lil' Kim befriended Ray J after she appeared in his 2001 video Wait A Minute. Ray J hit the headlines last year (06) when footage from a sex tape he shot with ex-girlfriend KIM KARDASHIAN appeared on the internet.
