RASCAL FLATTS HONOURED WITH HUMANITARIAN AWARD

Kind-hearted U.S. band RASCAL FLATTS is set to be honoured with an award for their charity efforts.
The country stars will receive the Humanitarian Award from the Academy of Country Music and Home Depot on 18 May (08) at a ceremony in Las Vegas for raising money for a range of charities.
Guitarist Joe Don Rooney says, "We have been blessed with some incredible successes in our career the past couple of years. The most rewarding thing for us is the opportunity to give back to our communities. We'd like to thank The Home Depot and the Academy for recognising us in such a humbling way."
Past recipients of the Humanitarian Award include Brooks + Dunn, Vince Gill, Lonestar, Martina MCBride, Neal MCCoy and Reba MCEntire.
