Rapper N.O.R.E. is getting his 2009 off to a healthy start after becoming a vegan and quitting alcohol to shed excess weight.
The Nothin' MC has shed 65 pounds (29 kilograms) since embarking on a new diet and work-out plan last September (08), and he has been showing off his slimmer physique in video blog entries.
In a post on his website, the rapper insists he's yet to give in to temptation, even with the recent New Year celebrations, stating, "Still haven't had a drink!"
