RAMSAY PLANS TO WORK IN RETIREMENT

Celebrity chef GORDON RAMSAY plans to go into semi-retirement at the age of 50 - by running a restaurant one day a week. The British reality TV star, 40, is keen to spend more time with his family, but admits he will struggle to stay away from the kitchen. And he plans to buy a restaurant abroad to satisfy his passion for cooking. Ramsay says, "I'll keep my restaurant closed six days a week and open it just once, on a Sunday. I'll snorkel, I'll do what I want to do. Then on a Sunday I'll go into the kitchen and work my b**locks off. "I have to have my life, but I also have to have a little piece of my kitchen, because I am an addict."
