RAIN STOPS PLAY FOR CORNELL IN HOLLYWOOD
Former AUDIOSLAVE and SOUNDGARDEN frontman CHRIS CORNELL was forced to cancel a show in Hollywood on Friday night (23Jan09) - because of the pouring rain.
The singer had to abandon his outdoor performance on TV show Jimmy Kimmel Live! when a storm hit Los Angeles and safety experts insisted it was too risky to play.
The appearance will be rescheduled for a later date.
The rocker now heads for his adopted Europe to perform songs from his new album, Scream, which has been produced by Timbaland.
