Actor RANDY QUAID and his wife EVI have failed to show up in court to face burglary charges for a third time.
The couple was a no-show in court in Santa Barbara, California on Thursday (29Oct09) - and so extradition papers, forcing the Quaids out of their native Texas, are being prepared, according to TMZ.com.
The pair has been charged with defrauding Santa Barbara's San Ysidro Ranch hotel by taking off without paying a $10,000 (£6,250) bill. They face felonies for burglary, conspiracy and defrauding an innkeeper.
