PUNISHER STAR JANE PLEADS NOT GUILTY TO DUI

LATEST: THE PUNISHER star THOMAS JANE has pleaded not guilty to drink driving (DUI).
The actor, who is married to actress Patricia Arquette, was pulled over for speeding by traffic cops in Kern County, California, last month (Mar08).
Jane - real name Thomas Elliott - was subsequently arrested and charged with DUI and driving with a suspended licence.
He pleaded not guilty to both charges.
Jane's next court date has been set for 19 May (08).
