PROOF KILLER SET FREE
The bouncer who fatally shot D12 rapper PROOF was allowed to walk free yesterday (26OCT06) after a judge sentenced MARIO ETHERIDGE to time served following his conviction last month (SEP06). Proof - real name DESHAUN HOLTON - was shot dead in April (06) after an altercation with Etheridge's cousin KEITH BENDER at the after-hours CCC club on Detroit, Michigan's famed Eight Mile Road. Etheridge, who was ruled to have killed Holton in lawful self-defence (21SEP06), was sentenced in Michigan's Wayne Circuit Court to the six months he has already spent behind bars since the April incident, in addition to a $2,000 (GBP1,066) fine. The 28-year-old - who has no prior record - faced a maximum penalty of five years in jail for gun possession and four years for the illegal firing of the weapon.

THIS IS STUPID!!! He shot Eminem's best friend, plus the best man at his
wedding, and a GREAT member of D-12 and got a way with it???!!! Because of him,
there is one less human in the world. Proof deserves to be in the world right
now. Does he not know that there are many people in this world who loved him
very deeply?! I am sure that Eminem isn't taking the best either. Proof was by
his side when ever he needed him. Those two treated each other just like
brothers.
I really hate that guy now. And i am mad at who ever thought of ever setting
that guy free. What ever he did to Proof should be done to him!!! I don't care
what judges think!!
