PRINCE ROCKS LONDON FASHION WEEK

Prince surprised guests at London Fashion Week last night by performing one of his hits during the Matthew Williamson show.

The musician appeared at first to be simply joining members of the fashion elite in the front row for the show but then his track U Got The Look was played and the two models walking down the runway began to dance.

Prince then started singing from his seat before jumping up onto the catwalk to the rapturous delight of the show's invited guests.

Guests were soon on their feet clapping and trying to get pictures of the singer.

"He really wanted to do this, and you don't say 'no' to Prince," Williamson told Reuters TV after the show.

Prince is in London to perform his hits at 21 concerts held at the capital's O2 Arena.

As well as winning over fashionistas yesterday, the singer has kept his fans happy by keeping tickets for the gigs at the relatively low price of £31.21 and by handing out free copies of his album to concert-goers.
