PRINCE CHARLES CHATTY AT RICHARDSON PREMIERE

Actress JOELY RICHARDSON has revealed one of British royal PRINCE CHARLES' most annoying traits - he chats through movies. The NIP/TUCK star sat next to Charles at the premiere screening of her 2000 movie MAYBE BABY in London, and came close to telling the chatty royal to shut up. She explains, "He just talked throughout the whole film. They were nice, sweet things but it's just not what people normally do. "He was, like, 'Oh, look, that's a funny bit,' and 'Oh, you look nice there.' "I was like, 'Thank you, thank you. Shhhh.' "He's a very polite man and I think he was just being polite, like if someone had painted a picture. I think he was thinking, 'Oh, I must comment on it.'"
