LATEST: Actress JAIME PRESSLY has confirmed she and her fiance ERIC CUBICHE have separated - amid rumours the pair is on the verge of a permanent split.
The My Name Is Earl star has been engaged to the DJ for two years, and although the two have an 18-month-old son, Dezi, together, Pressly admits they are now on a break.
She tells U.S. news show Access Hollywood, "We are taking a break from our relationship, but we are together every day with Dezi and still love each other very much."
And Pressly, 31, insists the couple plan to "remain close friends as we both adore our son and want to make sure he knows we both love him more than life".
