PRATT CONFESSES TO MASTERMINDING CONRAD'S SEX TAPE SCANDAL

THE HILLS star SPENCER PRATT has confessed to masterminding the sex tape scandal between his reality TV co-star LAUREN CONRAD and her ex-boyfriend.
The pair has been sworn enemies since Conrad accused Pratt of spreading rumours she had filmed an explicit tape with Jason Wahler last year (08), ending her friendship with Pratt's fiance, Heidi Montag.
Pratt had previously denied allegations he was behind the hoax - but according to Conrad, he's been caught on camera admitting it was all a sham.
She tells the New York Post, "We actually have it on tape. He takes responsibility and apologises for it."
