POLICE 'WILL MAKE ARREST' IN ALLEGED RUFFALO HOMICIDE

Police are planning to make an arrest in relation to the shooting death of actor MARK RUFFALO's brother SCOTT following a homicide investigation, according to the case's lead detective.
The hairdresser, 39, was found outside his home in Beverly Hills with a gunshot wound to the head at the beginning of December (08).
He died in hospital a week later (08Dec08) after he was taken off life support.
Two persons of interest, Shaha Mishaal Adham, 27, and Kristian Muradaz, 29, have been released from police custody without charge in relation to the incident.
The Los Angeles County Coroner's office confirmed last month (Feb09) authorities were investigating the case as a homicide.
Sergeant Michael Publicker, who is heading the investigation in Beverly Hills, tells the New York Daily News, "We will be able to make an arrest."
Publicker would not confirm when the arrest will take place but confirmed detectives are focusing on two people who were at Scott's apartment on the night of the incident (01Dec08).
Ruffalo's stepfather, Jerry Hull, was pleased to hear of the investigation's progress..
He tells the newspaper, "That's wonderful. I just want to see someone brought to justice. We're going to be sad about this the rest of our lives. We want the perpetrator properly punished."
