POLICE ASK FOR PUBLIC'S HELP IN TRACKING DOWN LOHAN INTRUDERS

Los Angeles police officials have posted surveillance video footage of the two men who tripped alarms at LINDSAY LOHAN's home on Tuesday (12May09) in the hope someone will recognise them.
The authorities have launched an investigation into the attempted broad daylight burglary of Lohan’s Hollywood home, announcing they're determined to track down the two suspects and the four-door grey Dodge Magnum station wagon, which almost became a getaway car.
Police have even asked Lohan's father Michael for his help in catching the crooks - and he insists the two men are in big trouble.
He tells WENN, "I'm gonna find out who this person is and he's gonna have major problems."
That was before he realised two men were involved in the attempted robbery on his daughter's empty home. The actress is currently visiting France with her sister.
Police claim the two men "walked through a gate and entered the backyard of the residence," adding, "Investigators believe the suspect tried to gain entry by using an unknown type tool to pry open a back window and door. After the unsuccessful attempt, the suspects drove off."
Michael Lohan believes the men could only have known his daughter would not be home if they had special connections to those close to the Mean Girls star.
