PLUMMER'S GUILT OVER PFEIFFER FILM SLAP
Veteran actor CHRISTOPHER PLUMMER was riddled with guilt on the set of horror film WOLF - after a fake fight scene with MICHELLE PFEIFFER went terribly wrong.
The Sound of Music star shot a scene for the 1994 movie with his on-screen daughter Pfeiffer in which he had to pretend to slap her.
But Plummer admits he lost control of his acting abilities when confronted with the actress' beauty - and hit her across the face for real.
He writes in his new tome, In Spite of Myself, "I had to lose my temper and slap (Michelle) in the face .
"Gazing into those deep, limpid eyes of hers, I was so hypnotised, my expertise at faking a slap utterly deserted me and I let her have it with full barrels. (It was) one of the worst days of my life."
