LATEST: Former DOCTOR WHO star BILLIE PIPER has slammed reports she is planning to marry her boyfriend LAURENCE FOX. The 24-year old British actress was alleged to have become engaged to Fox - the actor son of screen veteran EDWARD FOX - earlier this month (MAR07), after a romance between the pair began in December (06). But the star is keen to dismiss any marital rumours - as she is still legally wed to estranged husband, British broadcasting mogul CHRIS EVANS. She says, "No, I'm not even divorced yet, so that (a wedding) would be impossible."
