PINK GOES PORTABLE WITH PLAYSTATION

Pop star PINK is to be the first artist to lend her name to a new pink console from PlayStationPortable in Europe - allowing her to display her music and videos to an even wider audience. The handset - the first to be associated with an artist or any other brand - will be available in the UK in October (06), and will feature a collection of her music promos, footage of her UK album showcase, an exclusive interview and a brand new unreleased track. Zomba's senior Vice-President JOHN FLECKENSTEIN says, "Our hope is that the new people who buy PSP will discover her through the free content we're offering. "For a lot of people that may have seen her video, or heard a song on the radio, they may not know the breadth of her talent. For us that's the payload."
