PINCENT COLLAPSES AT FESTIVAL

Veteran Canadian actor GORDON PINCENT collapsed from exhaustion at the Toronto Film Festival earlier this week (beg11SEP06). The 76-year-old star had just finished walking up the red carpet with director SARAH POLLEY when he fell and was rushed to the hospital. But Pincent's publicist says he is recovering well and spent the day after his release from hospital resting at home. Pincent was at the festival promoting new film AWAY FROM HER, co-starring British actress JULIE CHRISTIE.
