PHISH CALL FOR BOOTLEG BAN

Rockers PHISH have asked a U.S. federal judge to ban the sale of bootleg merchandise at their forthcoming reunion concerts.
The band is demanding authorities seize any unlicensed items such as T-shirts and posters on sale at the first three of their comeback shows at Virginia's Hampton Coliseum.
Phish broke up in 2004 but the three-night stand, which kicks off on Friday (05Mar09), will mark the beginning of the group's sold-out summer tour.
But the band is planning to give back to their loyal fans - by providing free MP3 versions of their live performances.
Frontman Trey Anastasio says, "We really wanted to show our gratitude to all the Phish fans for their support and the overwhelming response they've had to these shows. It's going to be an amazing celebration and we only wish everybody could be there."
Songs from the three gigs will be made available to download on the band's official website within 24 hours of each night's concert.
