PERRY SUPERFAN INDICTED

An obsessed TYLER PERRY fan will stand trial on felony charges of aggravated stalking.
Dawne Wilson was taken into custody by Atlanta, Georgia police on 15 April (09) after ignoring a restraining order taken out against her by Perry in March 2008.
She was caught outside the star's production studios
Wilson was indicted by a grand jury in a Fulton County, Georgia court on Tuesday (05May09), and a judge ruled there was enough evidence against the overzealous fan for the case to go to trial.
According to TMZ.com, she is due to be arraigned on Thursday (07May09). She faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
Actor/director Perry was granted a restraining order against Wilson after stating his superfan had been contacting him "in a menacing manner", which left him fearing for his life.
In an email in April 2008, Wilson sent a message to the star saying, "You need to check your heart condition because it is filled with murder... your love has been but costly and deadly... Murder I say is the verdict."
