PERRY SHOPS NEW TV SHOW TO NETWORKS
Former FRIENDS star MATTHEW PERRY is hoping to return to primetime TV - he's writing, producing and starring in a brand new sit-com.
The actor, who played Chandler Bing in the longrunning series, is set to pitch his new show to network bosses this month (Oct09), according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The untitled project will see Perry play a sports arena manager, who is looking to reevaluate his life as he hits 40.
Perry has teamed up with Rules of Engagement writer Alex Barnow in a bid to land a hit.
He joins his former Friends co-stars Matt LeBlanc and Courteney Cox, who have both recently secured new U.S. TV series.
