Actor MATTHEW PERRY suffers from an incurable form of insomnia - he's scared of falling asleep. The former Friends star admits he has tried everything to relax at night, but has yet to find something to rid him of his unusual fear. He says, "I've bought really comfortable bedding, I light candles to create a relaxing atmosphere and put on calming music to play while brushing my teeth - but none of these rituals work. "It's hard to turn my head off and when I try to go to sleep, something creeps in, a little fear, I think."
