PERELMAN REGRETS BAR BRAWL
HOUSE OF SAND + FOG director VADIM PERELMAN has spoken about his regret following a 2006 arrest after a bar brawl.
The moviemaker was charged with sexual assault and assault following the incident, during which he was accused of groping and attacking two women in a Norwalk, Connecticut bar.
Perelman, who was sentenced to donate $1,000 (GBP500) to charity and serve 100 hours of community service, is still on probation for what he calls an "unfortunate incident".
He says, "I got drunk in a bar. I think I was just releasing energy.
"It was just a really stupid, unfortunate incident that I regret to this day."
