PENNS SELL UP AND MAKE A PROFIT

SEAN PENN and his wife ROBIN WRIGHT PENN are set to make a $13 million (GBP6.5 million) profit after putting their Marin County, California home on the market.
The couple bought the estate for $2.1 million (GBP1.05 million) in 1996 and have put the five-bedroom home up for sale with a $15 million (GBP7.5 million) price tag.
The Penns' estate boasts its own redwood forest, a pool, tennis court and a guest suite.
