SEAN PENN has joined the all-star cast of immigration drama CROSSING OVER, but he'll only spend three days on the set filming a cameo as a US border patrol agent. HARRISON FORD will star in the harrowing new film, as a crack enforcement agent seeking out illegal immigrants. The movie, ironically directed by neutralised US citizen WAYNE KRAMER - who was born in South Africa - will also feature RAY LIOTTA. The movie is sure to become a talking point as it features CRASH-like scenes of human intolerance. In one scene, an Australian actress offers herself up sexually to an immigration officer to land a green card, while Ford's character drags a Mexican mother, waiting for her young son, from her home without allowing her to say goodbye.
