PEGG: 'I HATE THE RED CARPET'

British funnyman SIMON PEGG always feels dizzy on the red carpet at awards shows or premieres because screaming photographers leave him disoriented.
The Hot Fuzz star insists the entrance to big Hollywood events isn't as glamorous as it seems - and he'd rather avoid it altogether.
He tells WENN, "It's a dangerous path to walk really so best not go to those things. I always find them dizzying and disorienting where you're just getting shouted at.
"There are hundreds of photographers who don't give a damn who you are and what you've done. All they want to do is get your picture and scream at you as loudly as they can.
"My heart always races and I just want to get inside. You always have to leave whoever you're with; my wife has to wait in the lobby for me to come through the line."
