PATRIDGE WINS RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST FAN
THE HILLS star AUDRINA PATRIDGE has been granted a restraining order against a fan who showed up on her doorstep with bizarre and macabre drawings, poems and letters.
Zachary Loring was arrested by police on the actress/model's property at the end of August (09), after Patridge and her brother called for help.
It was the third time Loring had appeared at the star's door in a week - neighbours had spotted him on the property three days before his arrest - when Patridge was not at home. Surveillance camera footage suggested he had spent seven hours outside her home.
A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge issued a restraining order barring Loring from coming within 100 yards of the TV celebrity on Friday (11Sep09).
In court papers , a lawyer for Partridge said 24-year-old Loring identified himself as a fan and handed his client poems and letters he had written to her - and a drawing of a woman being strangled.
The temporary restraining order also prohibits Loring from contacting Patridge's brother Mark.
