PARKER + MORGAN ENGAGED

Actress MARY-LOUISE PARKER is to marry boyfriend JEFFREY DEAN MORGAN after rekindling their love on the set of American TV show WEEDS. The couple first dated in early 2007 but broke up in June that year after a brief romance, with Morgan stating it was "the wrong time" in their lives for a relationship. However, the stars - who play husband and wife on Weeds - reunited off-screen and made their relationship public in December (07), when they attended the U.S. premiere of P.S. I Love You holding hands, reports the New York Daily News. It will be Morgan's second marriage and Parker's first. The pair has yet to set a date for their impending nuptials.

I am so happy for Mary Louise Parker. I have been a huge fan of hers since my mom and dad took me to see Fried Green Tomatoes when I was in elementary school. I felt so bad when that jerk Billy Crudup left her when she was 7 months pregnant. Not only is she such a strong and brave woman, she's an amazing talent. For my generation she's an inspiration- letting us see it's possible to have a career and wait till 39 to have a baby. I'm 25 and no where close to ready, so seeing her do it at a later date than so many woman is reassuring. Thanks and Congratulations Mary Louise!!!!
