PALANCE AUCTIONS OFF HOME BELONGINGS

Veteran actor JACK PALANCE is auctioning off more than 3,000 personal items in his Pennsylvania home. The CITY SLICKERS star, 87, will begin the three-day sale of memorabilia at his 150 acre Holly-Brooke Farm on Thursday (12OCT06). Among the items up for grabs are movie posters, over 1,400 books, several classic cars and a horse-drawn carriage. Antique appraiser PHIL EAGLE says, "People can spend $5 or $50,000 at this auction."
