PAISLEY NAMED TOP COUNTRY STAR IN POLL

BRAD PAISLEY has topped a new radio poll to find America's favourite country star.
The Celebrity singer picked up an almost perfect score in newly-released survey carried out by the Country Radio Broadcasters Inc. and Edison Research.
More than 13,000 country music radio listeners took part in the poll - and chose Paisley ahead of Brooks & Dunn, George Strait, Trace Adkins, Kenny Chesney, Alan Jackson, Toby Keith and Tim MCGraw.
Taylor Swift topped a related survey to find most popular emerging artist in country. She beat out Lady Antebellum, Sugarland and Carrie Underwood.
Meanwhile, Strait, Chesney, Keith, Garth Brooks and Rascal Flatts were named among the all-time great country artists in the survey.
