PACINO'S 'HANDY' TOUGH GUY IMAGE
Hollywood actor AL PACINO is pleased his films have given him a tough guy reputation - because it comes in handy in real life.
The star shot to fame after landing a role in 1972 Mafia movie The Godfather and has since scored a variety of parts playing hardmen, including drugs baron Tony Montana in 1983's gangster picture Scarface.
And Pacino is convinced that his image often helps him out in tricky situations.
He says, "I was driving past this guy's parked car and I knocked his mirror off, so I stopped. He said, 'Look at my mirror! What did do you?'
When he saw it was me, he said, 'No, it's all right. Don't worry about it.'"
