OWEN AUDITIONS NEW BANDMATES IN OHIO CLUB
Former JUDAS PRIEST frontman TIM 'RIPPER' OWENS is forming a new band with the winners of a nightclub music battle in Ohio. The rocker is looking to recruit a bass player, a guitarist and a drummer from Sunday night open performance battles at Sadie Rene's Nite Club in North Canton. The idea came about after Owens performed at the club last month (Feb08). The first round of auditions were held on Sunday night (02Mar08) and judged by local professional musicians.
