Stand-up comedians PATTON OSWALT and DAVID CROSS are feuding over Cross' decision to take on a part Oswalt rejected in ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS. King Of Queens star Oswalt was stunned when the Arrested Development actor accepted the role of Ian in the part-animated film - and accused him of selling out on an online blog.
