Singer KELLY OSBOURNE has splashed out $9,000 (GBP4,655) on a designer dress - but she's so scared of ruining the luxury gown she only wears it at home. The 22-year-old is terrified of wrecking the dress by designer OSCAR DE LA RENTA and hasn't built up the courage to wear it on the red carpet yet. Osbourne says, "(My) Oscar De La Renta dress... is so beautiful I've never worn it except around my room. It's like a Cinderella dress - a cream colour with rhinestones sewn in and a tutu-type dress. It's beautiful. "I only wear it prancing around in front of the mirror because I'm so worried about anything happening to it."
