ORIGLIASSO TAKING LEGAL ACTION OVER TOPLESS PHOTOS

THE VERONICAS star JESS ORIGLIASSO is to sue her ex-boyfriend after he reportedly leaked a series of topless photos of the star online.
Candid semi-nude shots of the Australian singer appeared on American porn site Fleshbot.com last week (ends01Aug08) after a former lover sold the raunchy images, which were taken three years ago (05), to a picture agency.
A further four photos have been released to two Australian gossip magazines, according to local reports.
The pop star is now taking legal action against the unnamed ex to put a stop to the circulation of the pictures.
Origliasso's close pal Ruby Rose tells the Sydney's Daily Telegraph, "What has happened with those images is obviously completely illegal and there are lawyers getting involved.
"It's just such an upsetting situation - ...and both Jess and Lisa deserve more support, especially from their Australian fans."
And Rose admits it has been a tough time for Origliasso and her twin sister Lisa, who called off her engagement last week.
She adds, "From the whole situation with the pictures to Lisa's break-up with Dean, I can't even imagine how they are coping with it all."
