Actress CATHERINE O'HARA's big modelling break ended in embarrassment on Tuesday (18Mar08) night, when the funnywoman took a tumble on the runway. The 54-year-old Penelope star stepped out in style in her Canadian hometown for a special Toronto Fashion Week show to promote heart health awareness. But O'Hara stole the show in an unexpected way by tripping on her long red Thien Le gown, reports New York website PageSix.com. After turning her fall into a comedy act, by sprawling on the stage, the star climbed back on her feet and finished her walk.
