NUTINI'S SUPPORT ACT IN ROAD ACCIDENT

Scottish singer PAOLO NUTINI has been hailed a hero after he rescued three members of his tour support band when they were involved in a road accident.
The Last Request hitmaker and group Marvel Heights were travelling separately between venues in Scotland when a van carrying the band hit a deer and flipped on its side.
Three people were taken to hospital after the vehicle crashed - and guitarist Neil Mulholland credits Nutini with making sure they were all taken care of after the collision.
He says, "The van slid right across the road, missing oncoming lorries and crashing into a lay-by. We weren't sure how the three guys were going to make it back to Glasgow (Scotland).
"But as soon as Paolo found out, he picked Ryan, Fraz and Kev up in his tour bus and got them home safely."
