Outspoken rocker TED NUGENT has been told to keep his political thoughts to himself when he performs at the upcoming South Dakota State Fair after offending fans with a rant about presidential hopefuls BARACK OBAMA and HILLARY CLINTON. The fervent Republican blasted the Democrats during a concert on 21 August (07), when he called Obama a "piece of s**t" and Clinton a "worthless bitch". And organisers of the state fair in South Dakota don't want a repeat when he performs there on Sunday (02Sep07). State Fair manager Susan Hayward says, "We don't approve of what he does at his other concerts, but there's nothing I can do about that. What I can control is what happens here at the State Fair." Hayward explains she has told Nugent's management that the state fair is a family event in a very stern letter. Axing Nugent's concert was not an option for the fair organisers - they sold more tickets for the Cat Scratch Fever rocker's show than any other.
