NO PREGNANCY FOR ELLEN

Comedienne Ellen DeGeneres wants to have a baby but she won't be the one going through pregnancy.

The chat show host has been dating former Ally McBeal star Portia de Rossi for two years with both claiming in a recent interview that they would like to have children together.

However, in the interview with W magazine, they clearly had not discussed who was going to carry the baby.

"We would like to have children some day. Ellen would carry," said Portia.

"That will never happen!" Ellen replied.

It seems like the only major decision that Ellen seems intent on making at the moment is what she is going to wear at the Oscars. The comedienne has had the honour of being selected as the host of this year's awards.

Since being chosen, she has been flooded with free gifts from designers hoping that she will wear their design on the star-studded night.

"Everybody's sending me stuff," said Ellen.

"Gucci sent me this amazing package with all kinds of designs and different kinds of fabrics. They're making me something. Zac Posen sent me a gorgeous tuxedo. Viktor and Rolf is making me something," she said.
