NO JACKSON FOR 'BIG BROTHER' HOUSEMATES
'Big Brother' housemates will not be told about Michael Jackson's death because it would be against the show's rules.
'Big Brother' housemates will not be told about Michael Jackson's death.
Producers have decided against telling contestants the sad news of the pop singer's passing because it would be against the reality show's rules.
A spokesperson told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "If it was a relative we would speak to their family and tell them in private.
"But to tell them about Michael Jackson would break the part of the rules that we don't let them have any contact with the outside world while they're in the house.”
The 'King Of Pop' passed away yesterday afternoon (25.06.09) after a suspected heart attack aged 50.
However, one of the housemates will find out when they are evicted from the house later tonight.
Russian boxer Angel and Freddie - who legally changed his name to Halfwit for the show - are both up for the public vote after receiving the most nominations from the other housemates this week.
The result will be revealed on Channel Four at 9pm.

i think the housemates should be informed of micheal jacksons death as its
quite significant for them 2 find out, nd it cant possibly be against the rules
because last time the then housemates were told of Obamas win, and even shown a
clip of the inaugaration.
